All You Need To Know About EMS Training.
During everyday activities your muscles are being naturally stimulated by bioelectric impulses. EMS or Electric Muscle Stimulation is using electrical impulses to amplify the natural contraction of your muscles. This extra impulse creates stronger muscle contraction, making the training much more effective than conventional training. Your muscles do not differentiate between a voluntary contraction and an electrically stimulated one. EMS impulses also reach your core muscles around the spine and torso, which cannot be volunantarely contracted. Weakness of this layer of supporting muscles is the cause of most neck- or backpain.
EMS training is the biggest fitness trend in Europe and international cities since 10 years. It dramatically reduces the time you need for your weekly workout. Why? Unlike resistance training (machines or free weights) in the gym, EMS contracts over 90% of your muscles simultaneously. EMS impulses also reach your deeper laying stabilization muscles, which cannot be contracted voluntarily. Persons with acute febrile diseases or circulatory disorders cannot use EMS. Also pregnant woman and persons with a heart pacemaker cannot train with EMS.
