All You Need To Know About EMS Training.
During everyday activities your muscles are being naturally stimulated by bioelectric impulses. EMS or Electric Muscle Stimulation is using electrical impulses to amplify the natural contraction of your muscles. This extra impulse creates stronger muscle contraction, making the training much more effective than conventional training. Your muscles do not differentiate between a voluntary contraction and an electrically stimulated one. EMS impulses also reach your core muscles around the spine and torso, which cannot be voluntarily contracted. Weakness of this layer of supporting muscles is the cause of most neck- or backpain.
